This visa is not valid until November 16, 2022. It is for those who have previously resided, worked, or studied in a regional area of Australia on a valid visa.
This visa permits you: –

My Eligibility Criteria: –
- When applying for a Subclass 191 Visa, you must have an approved regional provisional 491 or 494 visa.
- You must have resided in the United States for at least three years and have had taxable income at or above a certain income threshold for at least three years.
- Applicants (both primary and secondary) must adhere to the terms of the qualifying visa they now possess or have held.
Stay Duration:
- You can remain permanently because it is a permanent visa.
- Your permanent residency begins the day you receive your citizenship visa.
Travel: –
- This visa has a travel component that will expire 5 years after the visa is granted.
Family: –
- If you have family members who are eligible for a visa, you can include them in your application as well.
- Family members must be mentioned in your application when it is lodged, not after it has been submitted.
- Family members who no longer meet the normal definition of family can be included as long as they have an eligible visa based on their status as a member of your family unit.
- For example, a kid in your application who has reached 23 years old since being awarded an eligible visa) Family members seeking for a visa must meet the Australian Government's health and character standards.
- Even if they are not travelling to Australia, family members may be required to meet health and character standards.
Cost: –
- There is a base charge for the main applicant.
- The base charge will be announced in the weeks leading up to the start date.
- Other family members who apply will incur additional fees.
- Second Installment: - Family members who are 18 years or older and apply for this visa with the applicant must pay the Second Installment.
- Has a smaller vocabulary than Functional English.
- Only pay the second instalment if you're asked. It is only charged if the visa is approved.
- The amount of the second instalment will be disclosed closer to the start date.
