The terms and conditions under which any Australian university will extend a student visa holder's program and COE:

• If there is evidence to back up the assessment and they believe there are 'compassionate or compelling' circumstances.
• An interference approach has been devised for the overseas student who is at risk of not fulfilling course advancement standards. If the interface approach is being implemented, CoE will apply again.
• If an international student's enrolment has been suspended.

• You may need to fill out this form and be approved by your faculty registrant / course advisor.
• After submitting the form, if you need to meet again, the faculty member will contact you.
• Online applications must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance, as it can take up to 10 business days to process a new CoE application.
• You will need a new CoE if you want to extend your student visa, then you will need to extend your OSHC to cover the new visa period.
• Once the Faculty has processed your application and recommended a new CoE, the new CoE may be mailed to you at the email address provided in your application.
